Meet Lauren Heilman, MSC, RN, CPNP-PC
Nurse Practitioner
Lauren is a pediatric nurse practitioner, who loves working with families and their children from infancy through adolescence. She developed her passion for pediatrics working as a nurse in a pediatric primary care and urgent care office. She loves to collaborate with families and get to know them over time and takes great joy in watching kids grow, develop, and gain independence. She believes strongly in preventive medicine and enjoys working with families to find strategies that work well for their unique needs. She did her nursing training at UNC Chapel Hill and nurse practitioner training at Duke University. She speaks Spanish and loves working with these families. She is very excited to join Kids First Pediatrics and looks forward to meeting you! Lauren sees patients in our Raleigh location.
