Shawanna Humphrey is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from The University of Mount Olive and her Master’s from Walden University. Shawanna is a small-town girl at heart and began her career in healthcare in Duplin County over 20 years ago. As a nurse, Shawanna has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, including the emergency department, labor & delivery, and behavioral health. She lives in Clayton with her husband, 2 sons, and their aussie-doodle. They have a daughter serving in the United States Army who is currently stationed in Fort Drum, New York. Shawanna has a passion for promoting health, educating, and learning from her patients and their families.
