Welcome! We are excited to have you join our family. As a practice, we strive to provide your child with the best healthcare by not only treating your child when he or she is sick, but by taking the time to help you and your family prevent sickness as well. We provide comprehensive physicals that assess your child’s physical, mental, emotional, and social well being, treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide vaccines. We look forward to meeting you and your child and continuing to provide care throughout his or her childhood and transition into adulthood. Please follow the steps below in order to begin the new client process!

A Release of Medical Records form needs to be signed before your appointment so that we can obtain medical records from any previous doctors that have seen your child.

Letting you know in advance of our office and financial policy allows for a good flow of communication and enables us to achieve our goal. VACCINATION POLICY
Kids First Pediatrics provides a safe and healthy environment for ALL children. We follow the vaccine schedule recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for all patients. For the safety of our patients, We do not treat patients not following the vaccination schedule.
